Bristol Creative Therapy is an Accredited Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and an Accredited Play Therapist, Creative Arts Counsellor for Children & Young People, and a Clinical Supervisor registered with Play Therapy United Kingdom (PTUK).

Bristol Creative Therapy has counselled adults and young people who have experienced relationship and attachment difficulties, loss and grief, neglect and trauma, shame, anxiety and depression. Bristol Creative Therapy has supervised trainee Play Therapists, qualified Play Therapists and qualified Counsellors.

Bristol Creative Therapy has worked with children and adults with a wide-range of identities and from many different backgrounds. I aim to work inclusively and openly with everyone.​

Creative therapy can access thoughts and feelings outside of our conscious awareness. When things are difficult to talk about or you want to explore things from a different perspective creative therapy can help to access these feelings safely.​ Bristol Creative Therapy will only use creative therapy with your explicit consent. I work according to the needs of the individual, so I will tailor my approach as required.
